 i am registering for business account but from last one weak i am getting the same error continuesly . so unable to registered the account. so please suggest the solution. after clearing all the caches and also changed the browser from chrome to firewall then explorer then also getting same error.

I see that you are registered in India.

You may have better results going through eBay's site in India, rather than the US ebay.com site.

I can only suggest asking other sellers in India what they have done in the same situation. Few users in the US have any experience setting up an account in India, so there is likely very little in the way of constructive advice that can be found here on the US discussion boards. Good luck to you.

If you are in the US, try a different browser, a different device or a different network connection.

If you are adding a phone number that can receive texts, try using the eBay app.

+1 Here in the US. I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again message."

I'm a web developer myself and know how to debug websites. I'm seeing a JavaScript error when this happens. Many features on ebay are so terribly broken for me it's a disgrace, and now this.




(Oh, irony - when I was writing this comment, adding screenshots generated yet another error and was broken too 😂)
