Only partial inventory shows via search in seller hub

We often check inventory and we do this by searching active listings in the seller hub. Now, when we search only some of our inventory shows up. Example, we have 4 different keys with the same brand name all in separate listings. When we search the brand name or key and any other words in the title only 1 listings shows up. Through the standard Ebay search, they show up fine and are available for purchase. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have seen some similar posts recently about problems searching active listings in Seller Hub.

Any difference if you search using different keywords, or if you put one of your search keywords in quotes? That can help with general searches to avoid a keyword substitution or correction issue; it might help on Seller Hub, but I am not certain it works the same way.

Any difference if you search using an alternative page? Such as this:

Yes, I am having the same problem @midatlanticdiscounters and no amount of workarounds has gotten me through it. The only thing I can do is use my store category filter, then scroll, scroll, scroll until I find what I'm looking for. Keyword search on seller hub active listings has been broken for a week or two (that I've noticed).

I suggest reporting to customer service. The more sellers reporting, the better chance eBay will fix it. Send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebayforbusiness on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on twitter. You can upload screenshots with this method of contact.

Hey kyle@ebay devon@ebay - can you please check to see if there's an open site wide tech ticket on this? It's the third or fourth time the issue has recurred this year.

Hey @wastingtime101! I just checked and there is a sitewide ticket open for this and it is under ALERT15110. As always if yourself or any other seller is running into this I recommend reaching out to customer support to have your account added to the open ticket for resolution.

same here backend shows 5,133 listings but main store page in the search bar it says search all 3324 listings also in the back end mine disappear and says i have zero listing and reappear after refreshing several times.....

I noticed that when I search from my store's page, all of my items do show.  However, when searching from the active page, not all of them do.  I will reach out to eBay to add our names to this ticket.  I am wondering how often this search has caused us to re-list items that are already listed.

The search on the mobile app within active listings is having the same problem providing proper results.

@dynastysfashionboutiqueI have had that happen too.  Do a hard refresh (control + F5) or clear out your cache and cookies.  It helps sometimes.

thanks it does help after refreshing but it keeps happening off and on...i guess it is what it is until stuff is fixed....now this was happening (see photo below) when i click on sell...nothing there at all... i just shook my head and started laughing and went back to bed...cant fix things out of your control ....ill keep refreshing as a temp fix until its actually fixed
