Offer disappeared

Got an offer confirmed by eBay email. Pressed accept..and everything just vanished. Item still for sale and showing “ no offers”.  **bleep** is going on ? Happened last week as well as potential buyer contacted me direct. It’s hard enough to sell without this incompetence behind the scenes. EBay are going from awful to dreadful very quickly

Until the buyer pays for the item, it'll stay avaliable for anyone else to buy.

eBay now has listings stay active until the buyer pays.

This way if the buyer doesnt pay for the item, you dont have to relist AND someone else can come along and buy at full price.
