Notifications not available at this time

So about 12 hours ago, I was browsing eBay, checking my listings, counting watchers, pricing some stuff etc. When I went to check my notifications since I got one on my phone and it didn't show up on my PC notification icon, and I got the "Notifications not available at this time" message. Thought it was just a brief glitch, so went to bed, and then this morning someone else in my household mentioned they had the same issue on the other PC. So I logged back in to check on my own PC, same issue. I restarted both PC's, logged out, logged back in, cleared the browser cache.. still no notifications. It works on my phone but not on PC.

I'm on Windows 11, latest updates installed, using Brave Browser.

The other PC is using Windows 10, Opera Browser.

It works fine on my Google Pixel 7.

This is frustrating.

 I have been having the same issue for a few days as well. Kind of annoying.

Problem started for me 4/16/24, worked fine night before.  Seems like ebay messed something up over the night with an update.  The problem exists on chrome based browsers, Edge, Opera, Chrome etc.  Firefox still works. I did all the cache clearing crap and relogged in. It effects all of my computers, not limited to one. I did see the bell working though on the help page here yesterday when I was googling what was up.

Same here. Is anyone at eBay going to respond to this issue? How do we actually report it? Is just responding here enough?

Same problem...works in Firefox but not Chrome. I prefer to use Chrome...
