Don't hover over the bell and you won't see the error.
I don't ever rely on that icon.
If I have a sale I look in awaiting shipping.
If I have a message there are 3 other places that indicates that you have a message.
If it's a purchase, look in your purchase history for the recent purchase that may have shipped or been delivered.

..lol.. yes, but take it from an old programmer. Just because you found a work around on a glitch doesn't mean it should be ignored.
It means there's a problem in the code, and that problem might be attached to more than just a little notification bell. That is why I report such things. 🙂
