Hi, is the notification bell doesn't work right 100% of the time?

It says I got a notification but when I click on the bell it doesn't show anything new.

I wish mine wouldn't work at all! I want some way to turn the @#$%&* thing off! I can't see the content that's underneath it and carry on with my business - not buying - not selling - not searching. It stays on for several seconds, basically putting me on hold, and it gets extremely irritating! HOW DO I TURN IT OFF!!???

I have mine turned off under account settings and they still pop up . Extremely frustrating.

Mine was acting up a few weeks ago. Now everything is back to normal.

I have notification on mobile ap. But when I click it, it says all caught up (nothing there). I’ve logged out, deleted ap & reinstalled. Checked from desk top. Shut off notifications in ap & device... still shows a notification on the ap, when I open it (because I have notifications off for device). But nothing on desk top version. SUPER annoying!!
