There are several posts about this issue that's been going on for awhile. In my experience "Notifications" often has erroneous info, or is lagging terribly behind real time. I'd suggest contacting seller support or eBay using the "help" icons on pages or through social media on FB or Twitter. This board is for sellers and buyers to share and try to help one another, but I doubt whether other sellers have any eta on a fix. It is definitely annoying for us all.
