Notification Bell shows "There are no new notifications."

Notification Bell shows "There are no new notifications." or "You're all caught up!" , but I am missing notifications. This is happening on iPhone and google chrome on laptop.  I am constantly getting notifications shows I have 21 but not functioning properly

I am having the same issue. Notifications just stopped suddenly. I have offers and sales, and it shows 8 notifications in the red circle above the notifications bell, but when I click on it, just the phrase, "You're all caught up!" But I am NOT all caught up as there are notifications that are not showing.

I’m currently having the same issue. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled and still nothing. I’ve restarted my phone. Im on the latest iOS and eBay app update.

I am having the same issue.   Started happening over the weekend.   Tried everything that people have already list, nothing has worked.   Also tried on multiple different computers.  At one point I was just getting the same notification repeatedly, but when I tried to check it, nothing was there.

I have the same issue. It's more than likely a glitch which Ebay needs to fix.
