I edited 9+ business shipping policies today and 7 are still in process. This has been for hours. Customer support was no help, but said it's being escalated.
Called customer support about a notice I'm seeing about an outstanding item not received calm. This was because a serious PO error. Item has long since been delivered and buyer gave a raving + review. But as I drill down into the claim, the system says it was delivered but no claim exist. I contacted customer support who first puts my funds on hold. And then closes the claim, while also deleting the feedback.

Four days and very little has been done. Update to shipping business policies still in process. No reinstatement of positive feedback... I guess eBay just doesn't care.
