Not receiving emails about saved searches

We have a number of saved searches for parts to repair customer stereo equipment.  Only a random occasional email is ever received.  After manually looking from the saved searches page, it's now evident that we've missed numerous notifications, and opportunities to buy the parts we need.  

Anyone one else have this problem?

Every time they did an update to that part of the system, it stopped sending me emails on searches I created years ago.  I stopped going back in and clicking the "send me an email".

I definitely don't get notifications on my old searches.  This even happens on recently created notifications.  I can still go to the saved search page and click through and see matching items for most saved searches.  Wish they would fix this.
