Everyday it seems another "thing" isn't working on the site! Repeatedly I don't receive an email that an item needs to be relisted, along with not having the Top Rated Seller Badge appearing on my listings, as well as not getting the number of views on my listings to just name a few. Since last summer around this time, the entire platform hasn't functiioned properly and I am so sick of hearing, "we're working on it, and thanks for letting us know", after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and then another 30+ minutes to be told it will be sent to the IT dept. I don't see eBay compensating their Top Rated Sellers for all this inconvenience and lack of sales...beyond frustrated and not willing to invest more money in my eBay business with so much wrong!

Same thing has happened to me since July 19; I checked my setting in Communication Preferences and it was correctly indicating that I want to receive the "Item did not sell" notifications. I know a lot of sellers do not want to receive these messages but I find it very handy to save them in various categories (books, toys, table-top, stickers, accessories, etc) and if I have listing slots remaining at the end of the month - or if there is a promotion - I can easily decide which items to relist/modify.
Upon calling CS, a report was filed and I hope this little glitch will soon be solved.
ps. My TRS badge appears only randomly but I first need to adjust to this new "product-placement algorithm" so my listings even show up in a buyer's search!
