Received monthly billing from ebay on 6/5/17. Today I have listed 6 items and didnot receive listing confirmation email. I also had two other items sell and still received no email notice from ebay. I did receive payment notive from Paypal. I contacted ebay tech. support and they said it must be my email system as there has not been an issue with ebay. Anyone else having this problem ??
Yes, NO notification of sold item although I received PayPal payment. Earlier today the system announcements said they were working on the problem and checked an hour ago and it was supposedly fixed. Still no notification and item is still listed for sale in my store.
Update on my above post. Listing was still active this evening (checked by others) despite being sold (with no notification of sale to me) and payment had been made via PayPal in the morning. I was concerned that, since the listing was still active, it might sell again making for even more problems . This evening I removed the active listing and immediately PayPal refunded the buyer! What? Be on guard sellers........
