I dont receive notices of anything from Ebay. It stopped a long time ago. Only a problem for me if someone want to return an item, I may not see the request for a week until I check my messages on ebay. I dont receive offers on items either but subsequently find them in message far too late.
Going to settings in Communication Preferences I am only able to selct an item or two. many preferences dont seema vailable for me to select, although they show up in dim wording.
Of course I likely wont see any answers I get here either!
