This is somenthing happening for several days, and even was reported looks like Ebay is not interested in fix it. At the same time a rise in phohibited items are being offered and open the doors side to side to scams and to made Ebay less safe
eBay may not take action based on a single report though unless the policy violation is blatant and obvious. If eBay receives multiple independent reports, that may cause eBay to take action.
