Not able to update Account settings, nor contact Help & Contact

Hi,

I have tried to update my Account details today, and I found that under the Account settings, none of the links are "clickable", so I can't get into the details in order to update them.

Multiple tries of getting to https://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/home and picking various topics, and even clicking the Contact Us button, then picking any of the options resulted in

We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again.

, and no further possibilities to contact anyone.

Can you please help me? I need to add a new bank account to my ebay account.
