Not able to save the Template

Hi, I am new on Ebay. I am not able to save the template. When I input everything and hit on Save Template, than it continuously shows that template is saving but nothing happens. It just continuously saving. Please help me on this.

I am reposting this after I replied to another directly yesterday:

If you go to the other thread on Seller Discussion > Buying & Selling > seller tools 

Velvet is taking individual IDs to add to the ticket to get reviewed and hopefully corrected

Mine worked better after they supposedly fixed me then it started again

I am not sure of the true source of the problem - I now see earlier posts in November where some

felt it had to do with now defunct categories that had been removed from item specifics but I am

not convinced - different times of day I get different results ie when not so busy

I have taken to getting the photos in , saving it, then going back reopening the draft and trying to add description as fast as I can- problem is items specifics in some categories is painful -  duplicates like origin/ source or date/ period - and completely irrelevant specifics to that category. Its most discouraging

Looks like a hatchet job on item specifics - if you are an antique dealer it is very frustrating as many of

the appropriate / specific categories have vanished and become generalized which I don't think helps the search  -I cant use the new listing tool would take me forever

it was better before the item specifics became the default - in effect removing the categories and then putting them in the items specifics as if the search then identifies them only there - many of the subcategories have disappeared yet the volume on Ebay hasnt so it makes no sense.

It's a very convoluted way to run an auction or index/ inventory something in my humble opinion.

I am a trained cataloguer / appraiser in business over 43 years and I cant imagine doing it this way and see no other website that filters this way - the item specifics could be half the size and still pick up on adjectives from the title - as  result when I look for things there are a number of unmatched items to my searches and I feel it is making buying on Ebay more difficult not necessarily better

I would split Ebay in half - new retail store merchandise in one platform, antiques, fine art & collectibles in another !

I'm having the same issue. I can't edit my existing templates. I can't create new templates. I've tried using different browsers, different computers. I've tried changing the categories, adding specifics, etc. Nothing has worked. I've been trying daily for a few days, in hopes that this was a temporary issue. But after reading this forums, it seems like I'm not alone and this may last a lot longer than I thought. Please help! Very frustrating. Thank you.

2 reale here, still cannot save templates for my auctions.   Very frustrating.  Just about to give up on the whole

thing and go elsewhere.....

Still not fixed 😞

We used to at least use this method to add variations to a product that did not have variations. Now even this workaround is not possible.  Seems like we are going backwards.

Please Fix this and more importantly, let us add variations to products that don't have variations initially.
