Not able to revise anything for a specific listing

Hi Allan,

I am not able to do any revision to my listing below. I do not have any active offer on this listing and no disputes, etc. For last 2 days, it has been acting weird and I am unable to update it. When I called ebay, rep asked me to just close it and create a new listing.  I am going to loose all the data linked to this listing like watchers, sold items, etc and it's so easy for them to just say that start a new listing. Moreover, I lost a client because client couldn't make me an offer as I was unable to activateake an offer feature when i wanted to. I need to add some critical features of the product. So please help me resolve this issue. I have an exactly same listing but with black leather band and I have no issues updating that one.

That's a fixed priced listing with no offer option.  No reason you should not be able to revise it, especially to refresh the zero quantity preventing any further sales.

If there is some glitch preventing you from revising it, I'd just end the listing and relist it.
