Not able to refund item without canceling purchase

If someone pays for an item, and is waiting on another auction that ends in a couple of days, You cannot refund customer  to combine shipping in one invoice.(;ole before , when we accepted paypal)  Then, if you don't ship it out immediately. You get docked by ebay. Ebay was awesome 20 years ago. Stop trying to fix things that are not broken. ebay now has several glitches.

Ship first item and then refund buyer a portion of the shipping cost for the 2nd item, or the entire cost of shipping for the 2nd item. Not that big of deal, just communicate with your buyer.
