I sympathise. I get this message regularly - and increasingly regularly.
Today I listed half a dozen items. These show in my Active Listings but when I click on individual items I get the “We’ve looked everywhere” message. When I click on a listing that is a couple of days old to check on its ‘new’ price that potential Buyers see after the stupid ‘Buyer Protection Fee’ has been added, it either displays my original price without the fee, or… yes, you’ve guessed it, the “We’ve looked everywhere message”
This is on the website (as eBay has stupidly excluded me from the App by making it incompatible with pre OS17 devices) eBay is getting worse and worse by the week!

Are you looking on ebay.com, or ebay.co.uk?
Although you both are registered in the UK, you are currently signed in to ebay.com.
