Not Receiving Emails From eBay

I am no longer receiving emails from eBay for Saved Searches or for Won/Lost Items.

I contacted customer service and they could not figure out why this issue was happening.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to receive emails again?

There is already a thread re this.  I'm US based and on one of my accounts, have not received emails since 4/12.  Messages are in message center, but no emails.  Called twice and received the same answer... 'Check notifications, open a ticket, wait 12/48 hours, and will refresh your account'  Still nothing. Going to make my third call today.  Not happy with the incompetence.  Don't even know it a ticket has been opened or if the issue is even being addressed.

P.S. BTW, only emails coming through are messages from other users.  Nothing from eBay

Ive been having the same issue for 24 hours. I has items sold and wasnt aware. I dont get sold notifications on app nor email.Hope this is fixed soon.

I just wanted to get this back to the tech attention again since I haven't had my searched items emails for 2 days now.  This is HOW I purchase so they are losing money from myself and others who buy this way!!!  I am getting all other emails without problems.

Fk ebay, if tgey do not fix this issue, I am done with them
