I made an offer on an item and it has been accepted. But when I go t checkout it says 'We can't tell if these are your items. Please sign in to continue.'. If I got to help and bring up the popup window for chat with an Ebay representative nobody responds apart from the initial automated 'Hi, its a wonderful day here on ebay. This is Abby your customer support for today. May I please know Your first and last name?'. Nothing after that.

Never mind their computer was slow.  Turns out I purchased the item under a separate account.
