I'm trying to return a product as the seller sent the wrong kind and I can not use them. They said they can either ship out the correct items or partly refund me. I don't want them to send out another as I've had to buy it elsewhere because this issue is taking so long to resolve. It has been more than 3 business days and I still don't see the option anywhere to ask ebay to step in. All of the previous responses to this same question were to call Ebay but I can't because of Covid (the number we called was not connecting us to any real people).
I need help and I'm extremely frustrated that this seller seems to think I shouldn't get all of my money back for an item they shipped in error. I offered to send the incorrect item back but I told them I'm not paying for return shipping. I haven't heard back yet but from their previous responses it doesn't seem like they'll accept that either.

ebay has made some slight changes in the Returns process. If the seller does not respond to the Returns Request by sending a prepaid shipping label for the item's return, try going back on day 4 or 5, and perhaps the link to Ask ebay to step in will then appear.
