I just found out that I sold something September 29TH! It is now NOVEMBER. I missed my shipping window by about 34 DAYS because I did not receive mobile notifications from eBay or PayPal, neither did I receive my usual email notifications from either company. I discovered the sale by accident, when looking something up to buy. I have been to eBay numerous times to buy and create/update listings in the window between Sept 29 and yesterday/today. WHAT HAPPENED????? My notification settings are unchanged, and all my other usual communications are coming through, invoice notifications, payments to eBay, eBay charity notifications, edit/improve/promote listing communications, etc... This is a HUGE problem for me. eBay needs to give me an explanation. I don't even know where to look for help on this. I am in the U.S.
