No button to ask ebay to intervene after item not received

I opened an item not received case last December 15 with no response from the seller, but there has been no button to ask ebay to intervene. I am at a loss as there is no progress with the case

Hi @ong_24 . If the package has a delivery scan, on what date was that delivery scan?

If there was no delivery scan, what is the estimated delivery date on the order?

Did you have the item shipped direct to you in the Philippines or did you use a freight forwarder in the US?
