No Viewing Numbers on my Items

I am not getting any viewing numbers on my items. I see the bids, of course, and the watch numbers but NO VIEWING NUMBERS. This is a huge issue for me - I count on seeing those viewing numbers in order to revise my listing if the number is low or 0. This has been going on for over a month...

Since I have looked at my page from several browsers and devices, this problem doesn not appear to be just a browser issue or a mobile device issue. If it is technical - Is anyone aware of when eBay is going to fix it? I'm not seeing a solution offered.

You are correct it's been going on for almost a month now and many of us have called eBay and we ALL get the same answer. "We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it" It's become the standard party line for them. People have been quoted different time frames, 2 days to 2 months, a few weeks, I was told by the end of the month..of course that was on June 21st and here we are it's July 3rd and nothing. Now they claim they add your username to the trouble ticket when you call in. I dont know if that does anything or even matters but you may want to call just to get your name on that list of what has to be thousands of names now. We all are waiting on this and many other problems to be resolved but I highly recommend people try using other platforms like etsy, offerup, craigslist, facebook, letgo and any other place you can find. eBay will not do a thing for sellers until they start losing money.

Same problem.  Same answer.  Now I have two items that say they are listed and I can't find them anywhere.  Guess it is time to go someplace else to sell.  I have friends that have very good luck on Esty!!

Come on, Ebay.  Get this fixed.  It's hard to operate as a seller without this info.

I have the same problem. This is very annoying. you would think a big company could fix something like this. They keep saying there going to fix it but they don't. It's hard to beleive they would let this go on like this. Sad part is we have no recourse but to wait and see if they fix it.

Ditto! Ditto! Ditto!

It's been driving me crazy.  I know that once and a while someone may "watch" an item without looking at the full listing but there is now way there can be 15 "watchers" within a couple of days without 1 "view"!!  

Problem is, as most all of us sellers know, it's always a frustrating challenge to call in and complain to eBay.  By the time you get through to someone you just need to cross your fingers that they even understand the basics of eBay - 1/2 the time the person on the other end is even more clueless than us sellers on the outside!  UGH!!  Guess it's good to know it's not only me!
