'No Exact Matches' when clicking on listings

When I click on everyone's listings (when I click on ID or anyones ID then listings from community)I get "no exact matches" including mine this is from Android app,maybe the problem runs deeper?

Which version number of the app are you using?

I see 865 of your listings using the Android app version 5.38.0.14 by going through your user profile in the community.

Do you see any listings when typing the following into the search bar of the app?

If your app is not the latest version, try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone and reinstalling the app from the Google Play Store.

If you cannot install the latest version of the eBay app, you may have to first update your version of Google Play Store (17.8.14-all) and Google Play Services (19.8.29):

It is not uncommon for new phones that were sitting on a store shelf to have old versions of software that are in need of an update.

Thanks but my concern isn't so much with my phone but all the buyers, phones unfortunate this can happen with slightly out of date apps
