New message system is falling apart already

Numerous times so far the past couple days, messages fail to transfer to folders and get a red pop up blah blah blah...I am sorry to ebay. Not to mention that the message counter is false which leads to confusion at whether or not new messages are asked, where before you could answer questions and either move to folders or delete, setting counter back to zero, anymore messages show up the counter tick up and the seller knows to answer it, mine went from the properly working message system of 0 to 1244 messages, if you think for a minute I am going to try to sort that out you are crazy...FIX IT....waste of time dealing with it, don't care anymore...once again fixing what wasn't broke with something that is now broke...it is like playing wack a mole here, fix one thing 2 more break....being on here for 30 years and if it makes me scratch my head, I feel sorry for newbies who are clueless and get blindsided.

For those who have trouble sending part numbers, you have to outthink the system instead of 12345 space it out 1  2  3  4  5 etc or spell out a couple numbers   one 2 3 four 5 etc.....

Point well taken. I been around here since 98. It now seems every month they force more belligerent wasteful time consuming unneeded changes down our throats. I get a kick out of the feedback system. As a seller I want to know what kind of buyer is purchasing from me not what is most relevant. Relevant to what. The list goes on. I  feel that the buyers are going to go away because too much effort is needed on their part to spend their money with ease. Ebay just seems to make it harder for people to buy items. One on my repeat buyers who had not purchased any items for a month or so had to contact me when they tried to make a purchase. They had to email me to ask how to buy something due to all the continued changes. Why? So instead of me generating fees for Ebay by listing items I must stop and I must walk them threw the new Ebay way. Some just say the Hell with it after a few attempts. I think they are dinosaurs like me. I'm not complaining at my age it's just a observation of the fall of the Roman Empire. I'll say it again, we need a Starbucks moment and some new sane business leadership
