When on the active page, the "new message indicator" isn't working correctly. Many times it shows "no new messages" but when I switch to Purchase History, the indicator shows I have new messages.
I've not received messages from customers since May, apparently Ebay are working on this but not helpful when I'm getting offers and not knowing about it until its too late!
