4 days ago, 2 new listings created on the same day, listed under same store category.
One listing is showing on page 1 of the store, the other is not.
We only have 3 store pages of listings. We've looked through all 3 pages. Can't find it.
However, in the specific store category, both new listings are in there,
To add to the strangeness
while creating the new listings, there should have been a previous older (but not that old) active listing (the only 1 in the same store category) that needed revising. The category was empty. I check the unsold and ended folders thinking it might be there as an ended 30 day listing Not in either folder.
The item is still in our inventory. Our accounting confirms we listed it, did not end it or sell it.
What we don't have is the complete Item ID number. We only record part of the ID number at the time it's listed.
So this missing listing anomaly along with not seeing the new listing from 4 days ago (the same store category) is odd.
We can't puzzle together what happened or is happening and I don't expect any technical assistance from ebay.
In the past, there has been much more serious technical issues with Customer Service tickets and still no help.
We aren't an anchor store so ...........
Just chalk it up to ebay weirdness?
