Does anyone know how to contact someone in ebay who can look through the actual code and help me out? Here's my issue..
When I try to list using using the new listing tool, I get a broken error.
It says:

This error is verbatim. The . is axactly how it looks. This is obviously broken code.
MY CUSTOMER SUPPORT STORY
This error has been going on for over a year. I continuously have to call ebay to get them to revert me to the old listing tool. Every time I call them, it is for over an hour on the phone. Probably more than 15-20 hours have been spent talking to them over the year. Every single support agent thinks they can fix it so they have to check the listing with a microscope. After trying to figure it ouf for nearly 20 minutes, the agent agrees the listing is perfect; and sends me to another agent for account block lookup. Obviously, theres no block, so that agent sends me back to the first agent (who is not the same agent) and we get to check the listing with a microscope all over again... yay 😕 They agree its broken and finally revert me back to the old listing tool. This little cycle would go on about once ever 1-2 months for the past year.
NOW THE OLD LISTING TOOL HAS BEEN REMOVED!
THINGS I KNOW
This error has nothing to do with missing information in the listing... Dozens of customer support agents confirm this.
This error is account specific... I can easily list using my noob account with ease.
This error is not browser specific... Chrome, internet explorer, firefox, and edge all give the error.
This error does not happen when listing on my phone... Phone is the only way i can list right now (or using the old listing tool).
This error sticks with the draft... I can not use my phone to list a draft that was created on a PC.
The customer support phone calls have been a nightmare. It is not something they can fix.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
