New Listing Tool Glitch - Make Offer activated when it was not enabled

New Listing Tool Glitch - Over the past week we have had many listings that we listed with the Make Offer option not enabled and once we bulk listed for the day, the Make Offer option is enabled after they listings are posted. We have begun going back through our listings and having to change the ones affected by this glitch. Anyone else having this issue?

The make offer option is automatically turned on if you start with a BIN listing. It did it sometimes with the old listing tool also. It's just not as obvious with the new tool.
