Try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page.

If it keeps happening, try another browser. If the page loads correctly there, try clearing cache and eBay cookies in the original browser.

I had that problem the other day. I researched how to clear cache and search history on my type web browser and it went back to normal.  This is what I followed:

The only thing I changed was I only cleared past week.
