Hello,

Since July 9th and probably before the eBay software is not removing listings from my store when an item sells.  Here's the latest item number: 334987307755. The item is listed as active on the "Manage Active Listings" page.

When I click on the listing number here are two messages that are received:

You sold this item on Aug 15, 2023

You sold this item. 

These item numbers once sold should no longer be on the active listing pages. Buyers are still able to buy the item when it's not available. This leads to a cancellation "Out of Stock", a refund and a hit against the "Sellers Transaction Defect Rate"

The item is visible, but not available (you can't buy it)

somehow, your "Out of Stock" option is active...

I did not see that item as active when I searched for it.

You should contact ebay to see what can be done about the defect for canceling.

That worked. My question now is, how did it get turned on? I don't recall ever turning it on and it seems that I noticed it since July. Thanks for your help and input.

That's because I had already taken it down.
