Having same issues as the other lovely people here. Can't access it through web or app, it just gives me same info. Even deleted app, installed and made it even worse. And here I need to resolve and issue with a buyer. Goodness. Please get this fixed asap!

My eBay is working fine on a laptop. From what it seems, the mobile app seems to be the issue.
Do you have access to a PC?

Yes which I will have to access tomorrow after work. Currently about to hit the sack. I was simply trying to respond in a timely manner to an issue I was sent an hour ago, that I didn't actually get until before I tried to log into app. Not sure why app took so long to notify me tonight. Usually it is right away. I found the exact time in emails.
