My sold email notifications are coming without the buyers name and address again

Anyone else experiencing this again?  "Great news, your item has sold and the buyer has paid" email notifications are coming without the buyers name and address.  This has happened in the past.  Please fix.

Same here - it's annoying and you now have to print out yet another piece of paper! Please, please fix.

same here... can't process 30-40 orders a day like this... I'm just going to start refunding buyers until ebay fixes it. Logging into ebay and pulling shipping info is too cumbersome for higher volume sellers.

same problem here ebay help desk was no help 

i agree pulling shipping info has to many steps to get there 

adds hours a day to an already busy day  ebay needs to fix this

My sold emails now have NO name or address and are also missing the message to seller as well. They are completely useless. FIX THIS!!!

Looks like I'm now getting shipping info most of the time BUT, no messages to seller are coming in the emails. WE NEED THIS INFO IN THE EMAILS ALSO EBAY!

Same problem here. This is ridiculous, ebay needs to get people back to work. They are having constant problems with everyone working from home.
