My shipping labels are printing the wrong way...horizontal instead of vertical......HOW DO I FIX IT?

My shipping labels suddenly have started printing in the wrong direction....THERE IS NO PLACE THAT I CAN FIND TO CORRECT THIS!  I don't have time to start trimming every label......it seems that every time an ebay executive comes up with a new idea to justify his or her salary......THE SELLERS SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!  Can anyone tell me how to fix this???

This is a issue with eBay. All users are not affected. I have 3 accounts, 1 account the issue is just Fedex, UPS labels, 1 account has no issue and the other only has USPS label issues. The labels are coming out very small to the left side. I put a ticket in this morning. Anyone who is having a issue please call or chat with eBay to let them know so they can fix it quicker. It's a huge inconvenience.

This just started happy to me on 3/15 in every browser I've tried including downloading and opening in Adobe correctly.

I fixed it by changing the "pages per sheet" to 2 and "scale" to Fit to printable area. Its at least a usable work around until eBay fixes this.

I had the same problem with the labels printing wrong direction.

Appears ebay is sending users with this problem the 4"x6" label format meant for thermal label printers and this is what is causing the vertical label. And why changing the orientation only affects the printer page and not the label image.

Next time you create a label, look for the label format at the lower right by clicking on Show More.  Even if it is correct, click on CHANGE and try switching between the half sheet laser/inkjet format and the 4"x6" format, each time using the preview button to see if this shows you a sample in each of the two different formats correctly. This will help further narrow down the problem.

I have the same issue! I can replicate across 2 printers, 3 different computers and ALL browsers (FF, IE, Edge, Chrome). It absolutely an Ebay issue not our settings!!!!!!!!!

This just started happening to me today as well.  I just got off the phone with ebay CS and they said it is a glitch on my account.  I asked if anybody else had contacted them about this but she said this was the first report she had received. It seemed like when she was checking she ran across probably an internal tech log about the problem because then she seemed pretty confident that it was a glitch affecting certain accounts and she would have them look into fixing it.

When checking, I went and made sure when buying a label on the right side of the screen my print format was set to 8x11 which was printing wrong.  I changed it to 4x6 and saved, then went and changed it back to 8x11 and saved it, then clicked the preview button.  The preview label shows up correctly, but when you purchase the label and go to print it shows up vertically like the 4x6 option.

 I don't have any options to change the way it prints, and it now prints over two half-sheet labels.  All I can do is print on plain paper and cut out the label, then glue and tape it on the package.
