Last week I had opened 2 issues with Ebay, now both those return/refund requests are simply gone. I have no refund in my Paypal account and no Ebay message about what is going one. When I go to the Resolution Center at https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/, my return requests are gone. When I try to submit a new refund request I get a message "a return request is already open for this item". Is this a bug?
Even when I list the last 12 months of issues there are 2 recent issues that are just gone. Can the seller close a return request or is Ebay randomly closing my issues? What is going on here?
I thought the Res Center was supposed to show me open issues?
The last 2 issues that are missing involve a fraudulent USB charger, and fraudulent USB volt meter. The USB charger does not output 2.1 amps, it only outputs 500ma. The USB volt meter is listed as supporting 3 amps, but goes nuts (with a big voltage drop) when the draw becomes 1.1amps.
