My recent orders are not showing in my purchase history but one has arrived?

I have recently purchased two orders.  One has arrived. Neither appear on my purchase history?  This means I cannot search Ebay Help as nothing is on here to allow a search

Is it possible you made those purchases using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
