My purchase history only goes back to 2021

I'm trying to buy a plyometric box with the dimensions of my old one I purchased on eBay that I no longer have. When looking through my purchase history I noticed it only goes back to 2021 so I can't look at the plyometric box I purchased years before that. What happened to my history?? I've had this account for at least a decade and now most of my purchase history is gone.

Your Purchase History only covers the current year, or either of the two most recently completed calendar years. The default view is the last sixty days.

You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback. But item listings and descriptions are typically removed from the site after ninety days from selling or ending. Unless the dimensions are in the title or the listing is a multiple quantity listing still in stock, you may be out of luck.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

If  you used Paypal to pay, look in the history page.  It might show a complete title with a model number and perhaps that is enough for you to do research on the exact one that you bought.

You can get a download of buy/sells back to when you started on eBay, the information not in the current archived/readable would not include the full listing, just the basic info such as seller, price, item number etc, no description.
