My eBay cannot see number of views on iPhone and desktop

Intermittent problem where I cannot see the number of views on my listings. This is on my desktop as well as on the iPhone app.  Views will disappear and then reappear.  This is very unsettling as I use the number of views to try to monitor how the item is doing and whether or not I should relist it if it doesn't sell.  Anyone else having this problem?

there - nothing has been fixed yet - we are all in wait mode

If you click the back button sometimes they refill 

supposedly it doesnt impact the actual visability to buyers - supposedly... but my sales

have been scant - there are too many errors and bugs on the site right now

Definitely. I have to refresh my desktop several times before the number of views shows. Also, my iPhone app always shows "zero" views. Makes it very hard to determine the success of an item.

Yes, I have been having the same problem for weeks now. I have called ebay several times and was told the last time it would be fixed by the 4th of July - BUT that has not happened either, I'm still having the same problem. And yes, my sales are very slow also. I don't know what ebay is going to do about this, but it is very frustrating when it doesn't work correctly.

Tired of hearing that ebay is "aware" of the problem - not an important issue for them I guess but when a seller is trying to see the activity on the site it should be there.  PLEASE FIX THIS!

Hi, you can access the Views/Watchers by going to your "Selling" listing page. On the left hand side under "SELL" click "ACTIVE" . This will bring up a list of your items with the number of views and watchers. You can see 25. 100 or 200 of your items per page by selecting on the bottom of the page. Hope this helps in the meantime !!!
