I was notified by a customer that they were unable to make a purchase through the mobile app and were receiving this message, "You can't purchase this item from our app. Add to your watchlist". I advised them to purchase on a different device and the sale went through. I downloaded the app myself, didn't sign in, and wasn't able to add most of my items to my cart. eBay told me it isn't an issue with my account and in the future to advise my customers to contact them with the issue. My sales have slowed down tremendously due to this bug, we need a fix asap.
