The sections on My Ebay are going downhill fast. My Collections, where I place a lot of things I wanted to buy was only slightly working and now doesn't work at all. The link on the drop down menu just gives me an error message saying there is a problem. I used to be able to access a few of my collections by adding something to them and then looking in. Only a few actually worked. Now I get a message that says "system error" on them when I try to add anything. My Cart is a total mess. It takes a LLLOOOOONNNNNGGGGG time to put something in, if I even can do that. Usually there is an error message that they can't load my cart and if the problem keeps happening to contact support. Well, the number of times I tried that was many long long phone calls talking to be people who didn't know as much as I did and offered no help. One person said there wasn't really any tech support and to change my operating system, which didn't work of course. My "lists" don't work anymore. I put things in there only to realize I can't access them and then the link to put something in a list disappeared, never to be heard from again. So far there has been NO help or change for 2 years after continued phone calls. I want to sell, but not here if they cannot fix anything and are not interested in the problems. I head out and shop more and more other places and plan to look for a different place to sell my items. If someone really does monitor these questions, please take note. Other sites are profiting from your inaction. If anyone out there knows of a way to contact these people or to fix the problems, please let me know.
