I'm very dissatisfied with ebay, I don't trust them anymore, they withheld my money from a sale, it's been eight months and it doesn't solve it, making me a clown, employees look like programmed robots

Did you sign up for Managed Pay? If not, at some point you might be able to collect the money from your states unclaimed fund site. 

If signing up for Managed Pay was not the issue and you would like help or suggestions, you would need to give more details about what is going on. We are not eBay employees, just other sellers and buyers that might be able to help, so don't know what is going on with your account.

I'll explain to you: I've had this account for 16 years, but I only use it for purchases in the USA, what happened was that before the pandemic I bought some parts for my 4x4 atv and I couldn't travel to get them in the USA. Two years later I could go, but I didn't need it anymore I had already got another one in Brazil, so I put it on sale in the USA because it was easier to find a buyer, what happened was that ebay asked me for social security and I sent my documents that I live in Brazil, the value of 480us already has 8 months waiting, they told me to create a different account, I did everything but nothing, now i am here wait lonh time , if not solve this situation I will attack ebay in the world because this is stolen

It isn't stolen, you just need to provide the information they need so you can be paid.

There is nothing we can do to help besides offer suggestions, the people on the chat boards are other buyers and sellers, not eBay employees.

Don't know if there is a way to link a USA account to a bank in Brazil, you can try asking on one of the above two. 

Looking at your public profile, it shows USA not Brazil so any replies we give you would be information related to the USA location, which could be why you are maybe not getting anywhere. We can only see any information that is public, not what is going on with your account.
