My Store is showing Sold Out-It's NOT! Help!

I opened my eBay store about a month ago and have had two sales so far. When I go to a page of one of my listed items and click on * Visit Store* near the bottom of the page it then takes me to my store's home page that states , We are sold out, but here are some other stores you may be interested in, discover more stores. 

I have many listings avaiable so why is this happening and how do I correct this error???

Have you been notified about any restrictions on your account? You are a Canadian seller and your listings may not meet requirements for export to the US.

Could be your bad buyer experience metric or could be your shipping method, as well as other issues.
