My store is showing “no available inventory” when using the iOS app for the iPad even though I have over 800 listings. A family member across the country was also attempting to view my store and got the same “no available inventory” message last night. This is troubling as it can greatly impact my sales. I know other people are having the same issue with their stores as well.

I can see 810 items you have listed using a desktop browser, mobile browser and the Android version of the eBay app.
Thursday night is when eBay does server updates, so there can be odd glitches at that time.
If you are using the eBay app on an iOS device, try using a browser instead.
If eBay browser links are automatically opening in the eBay app, you may have to tap and hold the link to select "don't open in the app" to prevent that.
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking the device while the app is active.

Thanks, the shaking thing didn't work for me even though I have it enabled in my settings, but I was able to report the problem through a link I found.

You may have to shake harder than you expect @nevermore_antiques_and_books . Kind of like giving a hard tug on an invisible rope while your phone is in your hand.

Haha, thanks for the advice! I thought I was shaking it pretty hard, but apparently it wasn’t enough 😂

A quick twist of the wrist is all it takes with my Android phone. That also turns on the flashlight, too, so I have to do it again to turn the light off.
