Hi,
When I click on any product in my store (http://www.ebaystores.com/watchvalues), I get taken to a page that only states "Error 404- Not found". Even the "Help & Contact" link does this, so I can't contact Ebay support.
Any advice?

If you are using Firefox and are getting a 404 error or a "Fastly error", try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page.

The good news is I can see your store just fine. So it is likely just an issue that happening to you for your store. That doesn't mean that it isn't important, it just means it is highly likely that all potential buyers can see your store.
I run into these types of error messages every now and again on various different functions around Ebay. I find if I refresh my screen it typically will clear. I hope that will work for you as well.

Been having the same thing happening to me occasionally over the past week. Seems to only happen for eBay, nothing else. When it happens, I've just been switching to another IP with my VPN and the problem goes away. Not sure about the cause.

Thank everyone!
Its working now. I didn't even have to do anything. I should have checked another browser because after I posted my question I tried it in Chrome and it worked. I'll keep Shift-Refresh in mind for next time in Firefox though.

It may not be your browser. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, I get the same error from time to time. If I refresh my screen, it will typically go away on the first try. I use Chrome.

Same thing is happening to me when I search for items or even try to go to my watch list, etc. It started three days ago. Holding down the shift key and hitting refresh has worked every time so far.

Any idea what may be causing the 404 not found message? I started getting it too three days ago when searching for items, trying to go to my watch lists, etc. Just out of the blue all of a sudden. Pressing the shift key and hitting refresh as you suggested has been working so far.

Utter speculation on my part:
It is possible that eBay has changed something, and there is a conflict between the page information that eBay is now serving up and local cached data that some users have stored. Cached data is pretty much unique to each user, so it is difficult to know in advance whether a change will result in a particular problem, except in a statistical sense.
I use Firefox and spend a lot of time on eBay, and I only encountered a 404 message on one particular link (ironically, that link was a help page).
The "Fastly" errors, on the other hand may to point to conflicts between eBay site data and cached network data. Or perhaps something about Firefox has changed which causes problems for eBay in particular.

Probably not. I've seen this error off and on for years. If I refresh the screen it will almost always go away. Rarely has it taken me more than one refresh to get to where I wanted to go.
