Multi-user account Search Feature glitch

Hello folks,

I have a couple of assistants helping me with the listings. But they both have different search features Under the Listing --> Active. You can see the difference below. I need the "Item Description" search feature, but one assistant does not see it. Do you have any idea what would be causing this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time in advance.

eBay may be testing some new page features. Some features may be in a different place depending on what version of the changes have rolled out to each account.

Have user #2 try holding down the shift key to refresh the page and bypass the cached page content. Or try signing out of eBay entirely, restarting the browser and then signing back in.
