a lot of chatter about this issue seems to be ongoing since 2013 - ish. I have the same problem for over a year now and just thought they did away with it, ebay reps came to visit a week ago and i mentioned it, they had no idea. that's when i started digging around. Today i opened Edge and boom it works fine, i use chrome so i think this has to do with Chrome. just a guess, anyone else find a work around?

I use Chrome, and the zoom feature works for me.
I save my photos in 1048 x 768 pixels.

I've read through all the posts about this "technical issue" and can not find a fix nor can I find a response by ebay. Three programming issues that have not been addressed now. Where can we write ebay? I called last week to sit on hold for 27 minutes regarding my photos dropping off listings. When you pay for a store at $59.95 a month you would think ebay would have their act together. If customers can not ZOOM in on your photos then we are going to lose sales. Help!

Ebay is aware of it about 7 months ago i called and complained. It was like pulling teeth and nails to get the rep to admit it was also happening on his end. There is a grey box with the listings tittle popping up when you hover the mouse over the pic. If your mouse touches the box the zoom screen goes away. However you can click on the box and it will go away but be carefully if the mouse goes past the edge of the picture it will come back till you click on it. With this happening for at least 7 month it is unlikely it is a problem they can not figure out but a bug they have been paid to cause annoying issues on certain devices and plat forms to get you to buy a different brand device or use another platform. Currently for issues like this that are not being acknowledged and address with no fix after months on end people are speculating either apple or face book have paid ebay to do this. If there are issues with apple devices they are fixed instantly. Users also logging on and using facebook to access ebay are not having any of these problems. These problems are gentle nudges or pushed to cause users to be inclined to buy new apple devices when they grow tired of the problems or to switch to using facebook to log in so facebook can take their data and sell marketing research based off of the items they view or items they purchase. If there was not a source on revenue behind these issues ebay would fix them right away rather than risk losing sales and lose of selling fees.
