For multiple purchases were the buyer paid full price fore the shipping up front it is also not showing the retail cost of the label just the discounted cost. This makes it hard to determine the cost the buyer should have paid when sending a partial refund.
Have you tried using the classic label page. To pull it up look at the url for the shipping label page before purchasing the label. Find and delete the words, "new_label" and paste in these words place,"back_to_classic" and push enter on your keyboard. This should ppull up the old shipping label page. If you get a error saying the page can not be found usually it means you deleted too much from the url.
On a aside not eBays reps give this trick out to users who have issues with the new label page that are not being addressed or fixed. it would be nice if on the seller hub they would just include a link to the old seller page like they have for the old selling page. That way sellers could actually get to the page they need right away rather than mess around altering urls. Plus the dumbest thing is they had a link to go back to the classic page on the new shipping page but removed it to force users to use the new page but when issues occurred they had to create a round about fix rather than fix the issues they had wrong.
