e-bay put free shipping on my items and it is not free shipping. It is calculated shipping.

A buyer bought 4 of my items and said the order shows free shipping. There is no free shipping. I have caculated on each item. Another mistake - a very big one - by E-Bay once again. And you can't call them. This is **bleep**!
